FF114.5 - Front Kit - Timbren Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren FF114.5 is a front-axle suspension enhancement system designed for the Freightliner 114SD, 122SD, and Cascadia. It's purpose-built for applications where heavy front-end weight — most commonly a snowplow — causes dangerous sag, sway, and bottoming out.

How it works: The patented Aeon® hollow rubber spring delivers a progressive spring rate — the more load it carries, the harder it pushes back. This keeps the front end level, maintains proper headlight aim, and steadies steering and braking under heavy front-end loads. Each spring works independently to handle off-center weight and reduce body roll.
