Refund policy
At Simcoe Spring Service, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please review our international shipping return policy below:
Returns Eligibility:
- Returns for international orders are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at Scott@simcoespring.com to initiate the return process. Please provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a shipping label.
- Package the product securely, including all original packaging and tags, and clearly mark the ORDER number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The customer will also be responsible for paying the 25$ brokerage fee on any international returns. Unfortunately at this time we have no way at getting around this brokerage fee.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for the return or replacement of the item.

Note: All returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.
