Refund policy

At Simcoe Spring Service, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please review our international shipping return policy below:

Returns Eligibility:

  1. Returns for international orders are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The product must be in its original, unused condition.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at Scott@simcoespring.com to initiate the return process. Please provide the following details:
    • Your order number
    • Product(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a shipping label.
  3. Package the product securely, including all original packaging and tags, and clearly mark the ORDER number on the outside of the package.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The customer will also be responsible for paying the 25$ brokerage fee on any international returns.  Unfortunately at this time we have no way at getting around this brokerage fee.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  3. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for the return or replacement of the item.

Note: All returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.
